What is cholula pyramid tunnels?

The Cholula Pyramid Tunnels are a network of underground passageways that are located beneath the Great Pyramid of Cholula, also known as Tlachihualtepetl. This pyramid is located in Cholula, Mexico and is actually the largest pyramid in the world, with a base four times larger than that of the Great Pyramid of Giza.

The tunnels were discovered in 2003 when maintenance workers were repairing a church that was built on top of the pyramid. The workers noticed a hole in the floor and upon investigation, they discovered an entire network of tunnels and chambers.
